Sponsorship Opportunities for 2026

The Rotary Club of Grand Bend invites families and businesses to support Autumn Indulgence through sponsorship. Become a partner in the Club’s service to our community, our country, and the world. In supporting our only annual fundraiser you are associated with a respected local organization and an international network of more than 1.4 million members worldwide.

Over the years, the Rotary Club of Grand Bend has led many major local projects, including the Rotary Trail and the Rotary Stage. The Club supports a wide variety of community groups in Lambton Shores, South Huron, Bluewater, and North Middlesex, including nine public schools and three high schools. The Club’s innovative Global Literacy program has sent more than 100 cargo containers filled with surplus school and medical supplies to developing countries. With your help,the Club is committed to continuing its proud history of service.

How you can sponsor Autumn Indulgence

  • Provide a cash sponsorship or donation (eligible for a charitable tax receipt)
  • Donate an item or experience for our silent or live auctions
  • Attend the event with your friends and team
  • Specific Naming Opportunities (see below)

Please be aware that your cash donations of $20 or more are eligible to receive a charitable receipt from the Grand Bend Rotary Charitable Trust. Contact us for further information or to discuss your idea for a unique sponsorship for this event.

AUTUMN INDULGENCE
LIVE AUCTION

Donating to the Autumn Indulgence Live or Silent Auction is a great way to support the Rotary Club and our community, while highlighting your products and services to a large audience. In addition to those attending the event, our online auction system enables anyone who registers to explore and bid on items.

THE SILENT AUCTION

  • As guests enter the Huron Country Playhouse lobby, they are greeted with an array of beautifully displayed items available for silent bidding. An online auction system enables guests and others to bid at any time, beginning a week prior to the event and continuing through the evening until the auction is closed. Popular silent auction items have included entertainment and dining packages, home and vehicle products and services, small appliances, outdoor accessories, golf packages, clothing, and more. It’s a great opportunity to highlight your business.

THE LIVE AUCTION 

After dinner is complete, guests gather in the main theatre of Huron Country Playhouse for an exciting professional auction of unique higher value items. Donating a live auction item is an opportunity for greater exposure to our guests before, during and after the live auction. Descriptions of the live auction items are included in the program and on the online auction system. Among the live auction items popular in the past: trips to holiday destinations; works of art; kitchen, backyard and other home renovations; theatre and concert packages; sporting event packages; and unique collections of wine and spirits.
